CARTWRIGHT / PROCESS

The same four steps, whatever you're fixing.

Every service on this site — theme work, migrations, integrations, QA, ongoing support — runs through the same process. It's built to remove the two things that usually make agency work painful: not knowing the price, and not knowing who's actually doing the work.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

From first message to shipped fix.

01STEP 1
You describe the problem

No intake form, no ticket queue. Use the command palette on the homepage or just email us what's actually wrong — a slow checkout, a migration you're dreading, an integration nobody's gotten to work. We read it and reply, usually within a few hours.

FIRST RESPONSE UNDER 4 HOURS
02STEP 2
We scope it and price it

You get a fixed price before any work starts, not a range and not a "depends." The pricing page shows the real numbers for every service we offer — the quote you get is built from the same list, adjusted for your store's specifics.

03STEP 3
We build — you talk to the builder

No account manager relaying messages between you and an engineer you never meet. The person scoping your project is the person shipping it, so questions get answered by someone who actually knows the codebase.

04STEP 4
We ship, verify, and hand off

Fixes and features go live with before/after verification where it applies — a performance pass comes with real before/after numbers, a migration comes with a data-integrity check. You're not left guessing whether it actually worked.

WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON
Fixed-price scopes

The number you're quoted is the number you pay. No change-order surprises mid-project.

You talk to the builder

Every engagement is run by the person doing the work, not a layer of account management.

No change-order games

If something outside the original scope comes up, you hear about it and approve it before it happens — not after the invoice.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

See the price before you talk to anyone.

Build your scope on the pricing page, or describe the problem on the homepage and we'll point you to the right service.
